I recently purchased a model train set from this company's website. The ordering process was smooth and easy to navigate. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. I had some questions about the product and sent an email, but it took quite a while to receive a response. When I finally did receive a reply, the information provided was not very helpful.

The product itself arrived in a timely manner and was well-packaged. The quality of the train set is decent, but nothing extraordinary. It operates smoothly and the design is average. I expected a bit more attention to detail for the price I paid.
