After extensive research, I decided to join the Chinese Boxing Institute, and it was the best decision I could have made. The training is rigorous, yet the instructors create a supportive and encouraging environment. They pay attention to every detail and guide you through each technique, ensuring that you understand and execute them correctly. The facilities are top-notch, providing all the necessary equipment one would need. I am thoroughly enjoying my training at CBI and highly recommend it!
