I have been a customer of Robot Entertainment for a few years now and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The customer service is usually prompt, but I have encountered a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected. The website is easy to navigate and the overall user experience is decent. The only major downside is the lack of regular updates for their games. I hope they can improve in this area.
