I had high hopes when I approached an HR consultancy for assistance. However, my experience was thoroughly disappointing. Their services lacked the professionalism and expertise I expected. The solutions provided were generic and did not address the specific challenges my organization faced. The communication was also lacking, with delayed responses and ineffective support. I would not recommend their services.
