I recently purchased some fasteners online and was disappointed with the quality. The products appeared to be cheaply made and did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the shipping took longer than expected. However, the customer service was good and they promptly resolved my issue. Despite the negative experience with the product, I appreciate their efficient customer service.
