I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Holyoke Hummus Company and it was a delightful experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu offers a range of options, from classic hummus bowls to creative wraps. I particularly enjoyed their roasted red pepper hummus. Highly recommended!
