Guidemark limited offers a good selection of books, and the website is easy to navigate. The checkout process was smooth, and the books arrived on time. However, I was disappointed with the packaging as it was not secure enough to protect the books during transit. The customer service was fairly responsive when I raised the concern, but it took some time to resolve the issue. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. There is room for improvement in terms of packaging and customer service.
