Initially, I was not happy with the flooring service provided by Jds flooring associates. The installation process was a bit messy and there were delays in completing the work. However, after discussing my concerns with their customer service, they addressed the issues promptly and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. The after-sales support was commendable.
