I had a mixed experience with Paravion. The booking process was smooth and the prices were competitive. However, I encountered some issues with their customer service when I needed to make changes to my itinerary. It took several attempts to reach a representative, and even then, they were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
