My experience with the company's services was average. While the website was easy to navigate and provided some useful information, I found the overall communication to be lacking. Additionally, I was hoping for more personalized guidance tailored to my specific tax and accounting needs, but the service felt more generic. On the positive side, the staff was polite and professional in their interactions. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and providing more tailored support to clients.
