I recently purchased some equipment from the company's website. 🛠️ The website layout is user-friendly and makes it easy to navigate through the products. However, the customer service experience was lacking. I had some inquiries but had to wait a long time for a response. It felt like my concerns were not a top priority. Additionally, the shipping process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the quality of the equipment was good and met my expectations. Overall, the experience was average, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency.
