I had an average experience with Specialist Holiday Group Ireland Ltd. The booking process was quite smooth, and the staff was friendly. However, the tour itself was not very exciting. The itinerary was quite generic, and I felt like I could have planned a similar trip on my own. Overall, it was an okay experience.
