I recently used the services of this company and found their work to be satisfactory. The quality of the coating applied to my project was decent, but I did notice a few imperfections. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive to my inquiries. Overall, the experience was average. 😐 The company may benefit from focusing on improving the attention to detail in their work and enhancing their communication with customers.
