I recently purchased some fasteners from a company I found online. The quality of the fasteners was good, and they arrived quickly. However, I was not happy with the customer service. When I reached out to the company with a question, it took them several days to respond. Additionally, their website was difficult to navigate, and it was hard to find the specific product I needed. Overall, I was satisfied with the product itself, but I would not choose to do business with this company again.
