I recently utilized the services of this facilities maintenance company and I must say I had an average experience. Their website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their offerings. The team was knowledgeable and professional, addressing my concerns in a timely manner. However, I found their pricing to be slightly on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the market. While the quality of work provided was satisfactory, it didn't exceed my expectations. The communication throughout the process was good, but there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates.
