I recently visited a women's healthcare facility in Denton and overall, I would say that my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and informative, providing details about the services offered. The staff members were polite and professional, but I felt that they were a bit rushed during my appointment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which was appreciated. However, the waiting time was slightly longer than expected, causing a bit of inconvenience. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered my questions, but the appointment felt a bit rushed. I expected a more personalized approach to patient care. Although my visit was satisfactory, it did not exceed my expectations. I would recommend this facility for their services but with the understanding that it may not have the extra touch that some may be looking for.
