The Costas travel agency is just average. I booked a vacation package through their website and it was an okay experience. The customer service was decent and the trip itself went smoothly. However, I felt that the prices were a bit high compared to other travel agencies. Overall, I would say my experience with Costas travel agency was satisfactory.
