I recently purchased some abrasives and equipment from a company online. The products were decent and the ordering process was smooth. However, the shipping took longer than expected and the customer service was somewhat lacking. It would have been better if they were more responsive to my inquiries. Overall, my experience was average and I would consider trying a different company next time.
