I recently visited this orthodontic company after hearing good things about them. While their website was easy to navigate and had clear information about their services, I found their overall service to be average. The staff members were friendly, but they lacked professionalism and seemed disorganized at times. The wait time was longer than expected, and the waiting area was a bit cramped and uncomfortable. During my consultation, the orthodontist seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions, but I felt rushed and not fully satisfied with the level of detail provided. The pricing for their treatments was reasonable compared to other orthodontic practices, but I expected better value for the money. Overall, my experience with this company was average - not bad, but not outstanding either.
