I recently came across this financial company's website while looking for information and assistance in managing my finances. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided some helpful resources. However, I found that the information provided was quite basic and I would have liked to see more in-depth advice and guidance. Additionally, I did not find the customer service to be particularly responsive or proactive. It took them some time to respond to my inquiries and I felt like I had to initiate the conversation every time. While they were friendly, I was hoping for a more proactive approach from a financial institution. In terms of their services, they cover the basics but I didn't find anything particularly unique or innovative. Overall, my experience with this company was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
