I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and overall, my experience was average. The website is well-designed and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not always satisfactory. The product I purchased was decent, but not exceptional. It met my basic needs, but I was hoping for a bit more quality considering the price. Additionally, the delivery took longer than expected and there was no communication about the delay. Although the company has some positives, I would say there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and product quality.
