I recently used Jardine Travel Group for a trip to Europe and had an average experience with them. The booking process was smooth, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very responsive to my inquiries and seemed indifferent to my concerns. The tour itself was okay, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would say they are an average travel company.
