I recently used this company's services for a home renovation project. The website was very user-friendly and provided a good amount of information. However, the initial communication and response time were not as prompt as I had hoped for. The project completion took longer than expected, and there were a few minor issues with the work that needed to be addressed. On the positive side, the team was friendly and courteous, and they did eventually correct the issues. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. 🏠 The company has potential, but could improve in terms of communication and timeliness.
