I had an average experience with Hilltop Securities Inc. Their website, hilltopsecurities.com, was easy to navigate and provided the necessary information. However, their customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time to speak with a representative, and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. Overall, I would say they are an okay company, but there is room for improvement.
