While the team at Novelty Office of Design & Environments did an acceptable job with my office design, there were a few areas where they fell short. The overall quality of work was decent, but I expected more attention to detail. The communication could have been improved, and the project took longer than anticipated. However, they were receptive to feedback and addressed my concerns promptly.
