I had an average experience with Omega Tour & Travel. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall service could have been better. The tour guide seemed a bit disorganized and the itinerary was not well-planned. However, the destinations we visited were beautiful and I enjoyed my time exploring different cultures.
