I recently purchased surgical supplies from this company and I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find what I needed without any hassle. The checkout process was also smooth and I received a confirmation email promptly.

However, the delivery time took longer than expected. I understand that delays happen, but it would have been better if the company had communicated the estimated delivery date upfront. The customer service was responsive when I reached out to inquire about the status of my order, but it would have been nice to receive updates proactively.

The quality of the products was decent, but nothing exceptional. They served their purpose, but I've had better experiences with similar products from other suppliers.

Overall, my experience with this company was average. They have room for improvement in terms of communication and delivery speed. I would consider purchasing from them again if they can address these issues.
