👍🏼 I recently purchased an electric scooter from this company and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. 🛴 However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. 🕒 Additionally, the scooter itself is decent for its price but not exceptional. It performs adequately and gets me from point A to point B efficiently, but the build quality could be better. 🏭 Nevertheless, the company does offer a variety of models to choose from, so there are options for different preferences. 🤔 In conclusion, if you're looking for an affordable electric scooter and are willing to compromise on customer service and build quality, this company could be an option worth considering.
