I had an average experience with Catskill Area Hospice and Palliative Care. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I found the communication to be lacking. There were some delays in getting information about my loved one's condition, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Overall, the care provided was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and timeliness.
