The sail I bought from onedesignsails.com was decent, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The quality was satisfactory, but I found it to be a bit heavy for my liking. The customer service experience was average, nothing exceptional. Overall, it was a decent purchase, but I might explore other options next time.
