I had a mixed experience with Altair travel agency. While the booking process was straightforward, the customer service left much to be desired. The agents were not very helpful, and I encountered some issues with my flight reservation. The website was decent, but it didn't make up for the lackluster service. Overall, I was disappointed with this travel agency.
