I recently had the opportunity to work with a local painting company in Hawaii for my home renovation project. Although they were not exceptional, Pro Coats Hawaii did a decent job overall. The painters were punctual and showed up on time, which I appreciated. They were also polite and professional throughout the project. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but there were a few areas where the paint application was not as smooth as I had hoped for. Additionally, the cleanup after the job could have been a bit better, as I found some paint spills that were missed. Communication with the company was average; they were responsive to my initial inquiry but sometimes took a bit longer to get back to me. Overall, I would rate Pro Coats Hawaii as an average painting company with room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and communication.
