I recently used a travel booking website to plan my vacation and I had an overall positive experience. The website was user-friendly and I was able to find a good deal on my hotel and flights. However, the customer service could have been better. I had to wait a long time to speak with a representative and they were not very helpful. I would still consider using a similar service in the future, but I hope the customer service improves. ⭐⭐⭐
