I've been coming to this yoga studio for a while now and I absolutely love it. The instructors are top-notch and the classes are always challenging and engaging. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very inviting. I appreciate that they offer a variety of class styles, from power yoga to yin yoga. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Salt Power Yoga to anyone looking to transform their body and mind through yoga.
