As a first-time customer, I recently purchased a medical device from their website. The ordering process was simple and the product arrived promptly. However, the lack of clear communication regarding the shipping status was frustrating. 🤔 The information on the website was helpful, but I wish there were more detailed explanations about the product features. The device itself functions well and meets my expectations, but I do feel that the price was slightly higher compared to similar products on the market. Overall, the experience was average and the product quality is satisfactory. With a few improvements in communication and pricing, I believe they could become a top choice for medical devices.
