I purchased a suitcase from Blow Plast Ltd and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the quality is good and it's spacious enough for my needs. On the other hand, the zipper tends to get stuck sometimes, which is quite frustrating. The customer service was decent, but I wish they had a better solution for the zipper issue. Overall, it's an okay product.
