Alcatel-Lucent Italy is an average company to work for. The work environment is decent, but there is room for improvement. The management lacks proper communication skills and often fails to address employee concerns. However, there are some dedicated and hardworking individuals in the team who make the workplace bearable. Overall, it's an okay experience.
