I have been a customer of Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc for over five years, and my experience with them has been average. Their prices are reasonable, but their customer service can be improved. The staff is generally helpful, but they can sometimes be slow in processing requests. Overall, I would say that Schnitzer Steel is an okay company to do business with.
