I had an overall average experience with Bps photography. The quality of the pictures was decent, but the customer service could have been better. The photographers were a bit unprofessional and seemed rushed. I expected a more personalized experience given the price I paid. However, the turnaround time for receiving the photos was quick and the pictures turned out decent. Overall, an average experience.
