👍 The website of the company was well-designed and easy to navigate. It provided all the necessary information about their services and products. However, I was quite disappointed with the lack of transparency in their pricing. There were no clear indications of the costs and fees involved, which made it difficult for me to compare their services with others in the market. The customer service was average, as my inquiries were answered in a timely manner, but the representatives were not very helpful and seemed a bit uninterested in assisting me. Overall, my experience with the company was average. While they have a good website and decent customer service, the lack of pricing transparency and unhelpful representatives brought down my rating. 😐
