CFYC is a great place to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The instructors are friendly and supportive, and the classes are challenging yet enjoyable. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained. I love the variety of classes offered, from yoga to intense workouts. CFYC is definitely worth checking out!
