🏢 I recently purchased some tiles for my kitchen and bathroom from the company. Overall, my experience was average. 🤷‍♀️ While their website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products, I found the customer service to be lacking. 📞 It took quite a while for someone to answer my call, and when I finally got through, the representative seemed uninterested and unhelpful. 📞 Additionally, the delivery process was delayed, which was frustrating. 🚚 The quality of the tiles was decent, but I've seen better options elsewhere. 💁‍♀️ However, their prices were competitive, which was a plus. 💰 In the end, if you're looking for an average experience with affordable prices, this company might be worth considering, but don't expect exceptional customer service.
