The service provided by Connect Transit is average. The buses are usually on time and the drivers are polite. However, I have noticed that the buses are sometimes overcrowded, especially during rush hour. It would be great if the company could add more buses or increase the frequency of the existing ones to solve this issue. Overall, I would recommend Connect Transit for daily commuting.
