The event planning went smoothly, but I felt that there could have been more creativity in the promotional strategies. While they did deliver on their promises, I wish there had been more innovative ideas to make the event stand out.

On the positive side, their attention to detail was commendable. The execution of the event was well-organized, and they ensured everything ran according to schedule. However, I think they could improve their pricing structure to be more competitive in the market.
