I recently utilized the services of a tax company, and while the experience was not terrible, it was not exceptional either. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I felt that there were some areas where they could improve. The overall attention to detail was average, and I encountered some delays in the process. I would consider exploring other options in the future.
