I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and overall, it was an average experience. The company's website, fasttrackincentives.com, is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow in responding to my inquiries and didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about their own promotions. 🤔 Additionally, the promised incentives were not as exciting as I had hoped. 🙄 On the positive side, they did deliver on the promotions they offered, although it took longer than expected. I appreciate their effort in providing exclusive perks for NASCAR® members, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and engagement with customers. 😕 Overall, I would rate this company as average. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
