I had a mixed experience with Pôle emploi suisse. The online registration process was fairly straightforward and the job listings were updated regularly. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke to were not very helpful and seemed to be rushing through the conversation. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
