Yoga Theory Applied has been a game-changer for me. The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate, creating a positive and encouraging environment. The variety of classes offered caters to all levels, ensuring everyone can find a class that suits their needs. I love the use of emoji's muscle and smiley face in their sessions, as it adds a playful element. The studio itself has a serene atmosphere that promotes relaxation and mindfulness. I can't recommend Yoga Theory Applied enough!
