I recently had an experience with a company that supports individuals with disabilities, and I must say, their website left a lot to be desired. Visiting arcMI.org, I was disappointed by the lack of user-friendliness and outdated design. Finding information about their services and programs was a bit of a struggle, as the navigation felt clunky and unintuitive. It would be great if they could invest in a website makeover to better showcase their mission and make it easier for potential clients to navigate. Although their intentions seem honorable, I believe they could do better in terms of their online presence. Overall, an average experience that could use some improvement.
