I recently purchased a sail from 1d - one design sails and overall, I had a decent experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the quality of the sail was satisfactory. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery process. It took longer than expected for the sail to arrive, and there was a lack of communication regarding the status of my order. Despite these setbacks, I am satisfied with my purchase.
